About the Role

We are hiring experienced Sprinkler Project Managers to support expansion across Dallas and Houston. This position suits professionals who prefer hands-on field involvement, direct client interaction, and full ownership of project delivery from kickoff to closeout.

What the Role Looks Like

• Field-oriented position (approximately 60% field / 40% office)
• Initial 6 weeks primarily based in the office for onboarding and coordination
• Typical schedule: 6:30/7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional after-hours coordination calls
• No travel outside the city required

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource planning
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and on-site activities
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams
• Ensure projects meet safety standards, timelines, and budget expectations
• Lead and supervise field personnel throughout the project lifecycle

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in fire sprinkler construction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
