Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Prepare individual income tax returns
• Support tax planning initiatives for both business and individual clients
• Provide bookkeeping support as needed
• Assist with resolving federal and state tax notices
• Conduct tax research and contribute to special projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting (BSBA or equivalent)
• CPA candidate preferred; advanced degree is a plus
• 3–5 years of public accounting experience
• Strong ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
• Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ProSystem fx Tax
